How the spend counts
Tier 1 (direct): when you contract with IsaMar directly, the spend is direct diverse spend.
Tier 2 (indirect): when a prime contractor or integrator subcontracts a workstream to IsaMar, the prime can report that spend toward its own subcontracting plan and pass it through to its customer’s diversity reporting.
Either way, the certification comes with engineers who deliver the work — not a pass-through.
