IsaMar Technology Inc. is a woman- and Latina-owned technology firm in Miami, founded by CEO Donna Lagares and named for her children, Isabella and Marco.

IsaMar is named after the two children of our founder and CEO, Donna Lagares: Isabella and Marco. The two linked rings in our mark are theirs.
Donna founded IsaMar Technology Inc. in Miami in 2025. The company is 51% owned, operated, and controlled by Donna, and is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by WBENC and as a Minority Business Enterprise by NMSDC.
The idea behind IsaMar is simple. Enterprises and prime contractors are asked to put real spend with diverse suppliers, and too often the options are firms that can hold a certificate but not a technical workstream. IsaMar is built to carry the work — cloud infrastructure on AWS, custom software, and CRM and ERP implementations — so the diversity goal and the delivery goal are met by the same partner.
